The Dealer Support (Bilingual) position is a primary point of customer service and assistance for our automotive dealers and customer nationwide.


Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday 8 hours/day (9am - 6pm) and on Friday 7 hours (9am-5pm). This position is required to work 1 Saturday (with the following Friday off) on a rotation basis.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist dealers in determining customer and vehicle eligibility for First Canadian products,
  • Work closely with our field staff across Canada to provide industryleading service and support to our dealer partners
  • Work with customers and dealers to complete exceptions, waivers, and transfers of coverage for creditor insurance policies.
  • Assist our dealer partners in obtaining licenses required to sell certain products across Canada
  • Assist with ongoing development in our Online Resource Center, including contributing ideas, testing new developments, and troubleshooting issues as they may arise.
  • Prepare dealer agreements and collect and process corporate documents.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with proven competencies in verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in the automotive, financial, or insurance sector is considered an asset.
  • Postsecondary degree/diploma preferred, but not required.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Teams).
