This role sits within LBC Capital, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank.
En tant que membre de l'équipe des ventes de LBC Capital, le titulaire de ce poste devra:
o appuyer les directeurs de comptes de LBC Capital dans diverses tâches liées au traitement des transactions afin d'améliorer les délais d'exécution de LBC Capital;
o communiquer directement avec les fournisseurs, les courtiers et les clients. Travailler avec les équipes internes (ventes, crédit, légal, opérations) afin d'obtenir un portrait exhaustif des transactions;
o offrir un service à la clientèle hors pair à tous les clients, internes comme externes, et respecter les politiques et les procédures de l'organisation;
o participer activement aux initiatives des ventes.
**Responsibilities**:
o Entrer et vérifier les demandes de crédit en veillant à l'exactitude de l'information et au respect des délais prescrits.
o Évaluer la cote de crédit des transactions et informer les partenaires de LBC Capital des décisions de crédit.
o Savoir établir les priorités et gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois, tout en respectant des échéances serrées.
o Entrer des données dans différents systèmes avec rigueur et minutie.
o Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour les clients existants et potentiels en appui aux directeurs de comptes.
o Évaluer l'efficacité de nos procédures et de nos communications et formuler des recommandations afin d'assurer l'amélioration continue de l'équipe.
**Qualifications**:
o De deux à trois années d'expérience pertinente ou connexe, préférablement dans le secteur des services financiers aux entreprises
o Un esprit d'équipe exceptionnel
o Capacité à faire preuve d'imagination et de créativité dans la gestion des tâches quotidiennes et des échéances
o Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
o Formation universitaire souhaitable
o Connaissance du système de LBC Capital, un atout
