The Office Assistant has a flexible role that provides back-up for our Office Managers in administration related to expenses, receiving and inventory. This position will be located at our Kent store at 66 Lower Cove Road, Sussex, New Brunswick

What you will do:

  • Follow proper procedures and can train others (cashiers, gatehouse associates, receivers)
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, head office accounting and associates to ensure paperwork is processed on time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

  • Can work independently with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
