Bandit Brewery is looking to add one line cook to our culinary Team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepping & Organizing food items on a daily basis
Working on the line in a fast paced
open kitchen
Flexibility with hours of availability
Reporting to the Executive Chef and working with other cooks to execute and implement recipes
Opening and/or closing the restaurant when needed

Base hourly wage of $17 to $18 based on experience. Additional approximate $5-6 per hour of tips.

The following criteria are considered to be assets.

However, they are not required of applicants:
2-3 years of experience in a from scratch kitchen

At Bandit Brewery cooks will be offered the chance to work with an array of
local and fresh ingredients. Product quality is of the utmost importance at Bandit. We strive on a daily basis to offer appetizing, competitively priced, and approachable semi casual dining.

However, we do ask that you bring knives (if you have them) as well as pants suitable for kitchen wear.

Part-time to full time hours: 20-44 per week
