Duties:

  • Provides support in one or more administrative fields such as human resources, finance/budgeting, materiel management, records management, document review, etc.
  • Inputs financial data to record commitments and expenses. Validates expenses, processes invoices for signature and payment, resolves invoice issues and provides budget information to management.
  • Monitors emerging issues affecting the day to day operations of the organization, determines the degree of urgency, priority and relevance of documents or various requests, information and communications
  • Coordinates meetings and schedule of manager/director/supervisor.
