The Inventory Control Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the dealership's vehicle inventory. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain precise inventory records, oversee inventory processes, and ensure that our stock levels meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Posting pictures of vehicles Stocking them into our internal systems Social media posting Working closely with the sales and service managers to facilitate inventory movement Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the dealership's inventory management system. Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of vehicles is available for sales and service departments. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of vehicles within the dealership. Update inventory status, including new arrivals, sales, and transfers. Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights to management. Work closely with the sales, service, and finance departments to support inventory needs.
