What can I expect to do in this role?: You will lead and manage strategic data policy initiatives to support delivery of government and health system transformation initiatives and provide expertise and advice on strategy and policy options, governance and funding models, program frameworks, legislative and regulatory frameworks, and risk management strategies. An important part of the role is to lead stakeholder and Indigenous partner relations as well as federal-provincial, inter-provincial and inter-ministerial relations, consultations, engagement and facilitation, and oversee partnership and consensus building in developing, promoting and delivering policies and programs that support ministry and health system strategies and goals.

How do I qualify?:

Strategic Thinking, Policy Development, and Innovation Skills: You see the big picture and understand relevant societal, economic, and political trends in formulating long-range visions and strategic frameworks and plans to address enterprise problems. You think outside the box and go beyond the conventional, taking new approaches to solving long-standing challenges and issues.
