Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Operations Officer for a 12 month contract in Montréal.

This is a hybrid role.100% onsite till training. There is a high possibility of contract extension and conversion to full time opportunity.

Pay rate:
$ 25/ Hour

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Providing a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own Operations and Business Services function.
  • Contributing to analysis/reporting on critical projects or special initiatives that strengthen our operating model/processes and elevate service quality.
  • Executing transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedures while adhering to formal or informal Service Level Agreement(s) (SLAs)
  • Referring or escalating process or operational issues as needed based on a solid understanding of the issue, connecting with the appropriate function/partner to facilitate resolution and ensure that service quality is maintained
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Supporting partners with incoming transactions, validating information as needed to perform adjustments within authority levels
  • Interacting with partners by responding to requests in an effective and timely manner
Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French is required.
  • Admin experience- 1 years
  • Data Entry Experience- 1 years
  • Intermediate Excel- 1 years
  • Multi-Tasking and able to manage time to meet SLA
  • Strong Email Written Communication (Professional, Clear, Concise)
  • Takes Initiative and Proactive in Development
Nice to Have

  • A good understanding of reconciliation processes and systems- 1 years
  • Previous banking experience
  • Previous Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics
