Expectations in this position
- Manage the development team efficiently.
- Take ownership of the product backlog and coordinate with the Product Manager.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, prioritize stories, and collaborate closely with the scrum team.
- Lead and engage in scrum ceremonies and monitor team velocity.
- Ensure seamless sprint execution by resolving obstacles and maintaining the product backlog.
Keys to succeed in this role
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Bring 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrate expertise in decision-making, user experience, and Agile software development.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA and CONFLUENCE is essential.
- Excellent communication and bilingual skills are necessary.
