As our
Parts Supervisor, you'll play an integral role in managing the day‐to‐day operation of the parts department in compliance with the company's established policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety program.

You play a key role in attaining the company's short and long‐term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.

Working with the branch manager, you will:

  • Plan, direct and evaluate parts operations
  • Manage staff and assign duties, monitor and coach performance; hiring, development and retention
  • Study trends to determine demand and sales volumes
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Plan budgets, authorize expenditures and monitor revenues
  • Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer issues as required

$44.33 per hour, and you will also receive
$13k per year leadership premium. Overtime may be required occasionally, and it's paid at double time.

Salary:
$44.33 per hour
