Education:

Certificate/diploma in communications, digital & content marketing, public relations, digital media or user experience design

Experience:


Minimum of one (1) year experience with content generation on social and digital media platforms and social media management tools.

Some experience in client services and office work is preferred.

Skills:

Ability to use MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to gather and organize information
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Sprout Social
Previous knowledge of Dynamix 365 and WordPress (Gutenberg Editor) is an asset
