Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks including client appointments, contract signings, and related communications and arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain documentation and administrative procedures to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and reading) to serve our diverse client base.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proactive, with a problemsolving attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
