JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Property Coordinator to assist the Property Managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Metropolis at Metrotown.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Responsible for the negotiation and administration of the tenant storage leasing program
Responsible for the collection and reporting of tenant sales
Assisting with tenant sustainability programs and initiatives
Responsible for facilitating and approving tenant work requests; regularly liaising with contractors
Administration of tenant violations and general inquiries
Coordinating between the operations department and tenants to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tenant leaks and repairs
Organizing tenant coordination access requests

Leading a monthly meeting with internal team and 3rd party contractors to resolve any outstanding issues within the property and create efficiencies between parties.

Conducting thorough property inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, and ensure tenant compliance with rules and procedures
Maintain familiarity of existing tenant exclusives and kiosk restriction zones
Maintain visual standards and other compliance guidelines set forth by the property.

This entails walking the shopping center on a daily basis to ensure retail merchandising unit, kiosk and inline tenants, show promoters, advertisers and sponsors are adhering to our high visual and operating standards.

Administration of assignments, transfers and subleases
Forecasting and budgeting

WHAT YOU BRING
Post-secondary diploma preferable, but a combination of education and work experience will be considered. Real estate license is an asset but not required. Must possess exceptional managerial, leadership, communication and customer service skills.
3-5 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry
Excellent proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office programs, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic work environment; exceptional organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently, be flexible, prioritize and deal with multiple tasks; proactively and effectively establish priorities and have a positive attitude
