Description:


The Asset Management Associate is responsible for providing analytical support and recommendations to the Asset Management Directors and Head of Eastern Canada, while helping to execute on annual asset strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals, NPV/IRR/NER analysis and deal recommendations to be submitted to the Asset Management Directors for review and approval.
  • Review and audit quarterly appraisals. Review and/or prepare offers to lease, lease agreements, and other documents relating to existing and prospective tenants.Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and brokers.
  • Track and maintain encumbrance list, stacking plans and floor plans.
