Handle customer quote requests and submit quotes within deadlines:
Answer product questions, calculate and provide quotations and research product information to close new sales and to meet customer order requirements:
Communicate any delays or problems with delivery and make suggestions for alternative options when necessary:
Resolve customer service problems and complaints:
Cold calling:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships:
Recommending materials and accessories; and:
Supporting our outside sales team
Qualifications:

Fluent in French and English (Written and Spoken):
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills:
Knowledge of Steel Service products an asset:
Skilled in planning, organization and goal setting:
Ability to control costs and effectively solve problems:
Ability to multi-task, remain focused, and positive and deliver results under pressure:
College degree in business, engineering or related discipline:
Previous experience in customer service or sales an asset
