Job Duties:

  • Managing a team of technicians
  • Scheduling Repairs
  • Keeping work orders and paperwork organized and up to date
  • Ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Maintaining inventory
  • Coordinating with other departments for efficient workflow
  • Mentor, help train, and work alongside technician's when needed
  • Watch over the shop and report defects
  • Be active in the company safety program
  • Regular reporting to the manager
  • Any other projects assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman HET onroad
  • Foreman experience an asset
