Overview:

Duties:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Utilize accounting software like Simply Accounting and/or Quickbooks for financial recordkeeping.
  • Support budgeting processes by compiling data and preparing reports.
  • Conduct account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Simply Accounting or Quickbooks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
