As a Product Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of product strategies, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
You will define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and oversee the delivery of high-quality products. Your expertise will guide the team in identifying opportunities, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable plans.Analyze market trends, user feedback, and data insights to inform product decisions and iterate on product offerings.
Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and growth.

Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
Technical background with knowledge of AI technologies is preferred.
Experience working in an agile environment, with knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Hybrid Policy
All teams work 2-3 times each week from our office in downtown Toronto.

Start forming close working relationships with the development and design teams.
Lead projects that bolster the company's objectives.
Become a key player in your development team, contributing to significant feature releases.
Collaborate on setting long-term goals and participate in a performance review.
