Position: Full-Time - Permanent
Location: Fort McKay - Incubator - Head Office
Schedule: 4 on / 3 off - 10 hour days
Compensation Details:

The Lowbed Operator is responsible for operating and moving heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment may include excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, water trucks, snowplows and other pieces of equipment. The Lowbed Operator must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by legislation, as well as company policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate all assigned equipment in a safe and effective manner Pick-up and deliver equipment (dozers, excavators, rock trucks, graders, class 8 trucks, etc.) to and from plant sites surrounding Fort McKay and Fort McMurray Read, countersign and enter comments into daily operator log book Complete and document a pre‐operational check on assigned equipment Grease equipment as necessary Ensure all equipment has proper safety equipment in place Keep interior clean Any required repairs to assigned equipment are communicated to maintenance personnel Maintain a cooperative working relationship with customers and other employees Participate in Job Hazard Assessment's, Feld Level Risk Assessment's and line‐up meetings Perform other related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager Assist in and around shop and yard when no deliveries required Education & Experience:
