Responsibilities
As a Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company.

You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, engaging with prospects, and building relationships that ultimately contribute to our sales pipeline.


Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points.

Qualification: Conduct in-depth conversations with leads to assess their requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making process. Determine the feasibility of a potential partnership and the alignment with our offerings.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent communication and engagement. Understand their evolving needs and address any concerns they might have.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies. Provide valuable insights and feedback to refine the lead generation process.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status using our CRM system. Ensure data integrity and timely updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B technology or software sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
