Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals.
- Train new employees on store policies and procedures.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage store budget and expenses.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary:
$18.00-$28.00 per hour
