- Base Salary with a range of $65-$70K with OTE of $ $92000
OR
100% commission role with a maximum monthly of $10,000 per month payable at 100% of sale value with a draw for the first 3 months.

What we need from you:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent persuasion skills, a passion for winning, quick learning ability.
- Highly motivated, competitive, strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills.
- Basic to intermediate MS Office skills and CRM software experience.
- Reliable transportation, valid G driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning industry a plus.
What you will do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong, longlasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase Stratus Building Solutions' services and value proposition.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our ecofriendly cleaning solutions.
- Effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.

From $65,000.00 per year
