  • Base Salary with a range of $65-$70K with OTE of $ $92000

100% commission role with a maximum monthly of $10,000 per month payable at 100% of sale value with a draw for the first 3 months.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent persuasion skills, a passion for winning, quick learning ability.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills.
  • Basic to intermediate MS Office skills and CRM software experience.
  • Reliable transportation, valid G driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial cleaning industry a plus.

What you will do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong, longlasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase Stratus Building Solutions' services and value proposition.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of our ecofriendly cleaning solutions.
  • Effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.

From $65,000.00 per year
