Carpenter for our Woodhouse Restorations department.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to complete drywall repairs including insulation, vapour barrier, mud, and taping.
  • Installation of trim, doors, and associated hardware.
  • Rough interior framing.
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of residential and commercial environments.
  • Ability to lead a crew and ensure quality and efficiency within the team.
  • Always maintaining quality workmanship.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Construction projects, as well as company and project policies/procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 34 years construction/carpentry experience required.
  • Hand and power tool experience required.
  • Valid class G driver's license required.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Must pass a police background check.
  • Supply personal carpentry tools.
  • Experience in painting and minor flooring installation is considered an asset.
