Customer Service Representative/Production Support to join the team in our Print Production Office

The Customer Service Representative serves as a liaison between customers, sales and production.

This position also provides production support to our production team by working as a production operator/assistant as needed to complete projects.

This is an opportunity for a person to join a fast-growing print media company

The roll is crucial in supporting the sales cycle.

Commercial Print Shop experience is necessary_ for this position.

Education/Experience:

Print production or graphics education
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, CorelDraw Graphics Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications:

Fluency in English (written and oral).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good hand-eye coordination.
A positive, collaborative attitude and strong work ethic are critical.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of three-year experience in digital printing/graphics industry

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 30 per week
