The job involves:
- Painting, landscaping, snow removal, carpentry duties, as well as assisting the plumbers and electricians
- Operating heavy equipment and commercial lawn care equipment
- Performing small engine maintenance and minor equipment repairs
- Escorting external contractors and providing assistance when needed
- Reacting to multiple projects and changing timelines while maintaining a positive professional attitude
- Working in all kinds of weather conditions
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Working independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation, any shifts, possibly different length times
- Relevant experience in commercial landscape maintenance and design
- Working knowledge of all aspects of general construction and trades
- Mechanical intuition and ability to diagnose problems relating to a pump fed system
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Valid Ontario Driver's License Class "G"

From $20.74 per hour
