Technologies you have experience with:
- You have experience working with complex, integrated technology systems.
- Having experience with REST APIs, API management software and Service-Orientated Architecture (SOA) is an asset.
How you will create impact:
- Participating in the preparation of business case and project planning by gathering required information and functional specifications, while working with the team and Business stakeholders.
- Engaging project stakeholders to collect, document, and validate detailed analysis of business functions, rules and processes required for moderately complex projects.
- Providing analysis and specifications for required data and system integrations.
- Performing review to develop the user acceptance test plan, strategies and may act as the overall test lead for small to medium initiatives.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) practice through research, piloting new techniques, streamlining testing and establishing more efficient processes.

- You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.
- You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.

To join our team:
- You have three years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- You have completed postsecondary education in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Experience working with project stakeholders including partnering with thirdparty technology vendors is an asset
- Having experience working in an Agile environment is an asset.
