The Human Resources Technology Solutions Department is currently looking for a Payroll specialist, HRIS, Workday to take part in development and upgrade projects. As the person responsible for the underlying functionalities of Workday payroll, you'll be part of agile squads to define, develop and maintain cloud apps that support HR services for all Desjardins employers. You'll work with the various teams to clearly define the requirements so you can configure the desired solution. Several upgrade projects are currently underway. You'll draw on your detailed knowledge of the payroll line of business and your ability to manage complexity. You'll be called upon to interact with stakeholders in complementary fields. You're an expert with the right mix of skills between knowledge of the HR and payroll functions as well as technical skills that will allow you to configure the Workday app and serve as liaison with the IT teams. Morespecifically, youwillberequired to :

Serve as a key contact between Payroll, HR, IT, external providers and other stakeholders for all aspects of Payroll features Provide support and research to solve everyday Payroll or system problems Manage the business needs analysis process: Prepare and draft functional analysis documents in collaboration with the business sector, demos, workshops, etc Develop Workday payroll solutions to ensure consistency across workflows and ensure that cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated Define strategies, risks and options, and recommend mitigation measures and approaches to meet projects' functional requirements Advise on process optimization while ensuring regulatory compliance, sector standards and best practices Recommend functional solutions adapted when needed based on the analysis carried out, and configure, modify, test and document the developments Help optimize and upgrade configuration, lead end-to-end design of Workday solutions for payroll, benefits, and hours and time off for various sectors Prepare plans and ensure the execution context for testing (environments, data), in collaboration with colleagues in other professions, and to support the team as needed Develop and lead knowledge transfers for HR and Payroll users on solutions rolled out Stay up to date on market trends and best practices to ensure that the Workday solutions implemented are optimal and innovative Provide information and guidelines for biannual updates and incident management.

What you bring to the table
