Renewal by Andersen wants to hear from you Our Design Consultants deliver in-home sales presentations during pre-scheduled appointments to ensure customers have all the information they need to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel to companygenerated appointments with homeowners no cold calling or door knocking
  • Perform product demonstrations, discuss custom quotes, and close sales during inhome consultations
  • Embody honesty and integrity while employing a valuebased selling process

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Current consultants earn $150k $250k+ yearly
  • 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential
  • Performancebased bonus opportunities

  • Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required)
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours to appointments (required)
  • Ability to carry 4060 lbs of sample materials (required)
  • Capable of navigating applications on an iPad (required)
  • Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process
  • Previous outside sales experience is a plus

Schedule:

  • Evening and weekend availability (required)
  • Fulltime schedule with flexibility on a weekly basis
