Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for public safety and transit products, aligned with Miovison's business objectives.
  • Define target audience segments, value propositions, and positioning for our solutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated with product development, sales, and customer support efforts.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness, generate leads, and support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Create compelling messaging and content that effectively communicates the value of our solutions to the target audience.
  • Drive the gotomarket strategy for new product launches and enhancements in the public safety and transit sectors.
  • Create product marketing materials, such as product sheets, sales enablement tools, and customer success stories.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance, ROI, and market impact.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant marketing roles, brand and product management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and content for different target audiences.
