As a Server, you are the face of our business, and ensure that the guest experience consistently meets (or exceeds) expectations.

Responsible for food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and aiming for every new customer becoming a regular, you embody and share our values:

  • Primarily evenings and weekend shifts* 12 years' serving experience required*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must comply with all aspects of the Blueprint Management Code of Conduct and establishment policies
Maintains good communication with Hosts, Expediters, Bartenders and management, ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations
Advises guests of special items, accurately takes drink and food orders, delivers when ready
Acts in quality control capacity for every item served, assesses customer satisfaction at critical service points (at service, immediately after, following meal)
Seeks out opportunities to personalize the guest experience, within acceptable professional parameters

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

minimum 1 year of serving experience
passionate about customer experience
Highly collaborative
Adaptable, able to prioritize and make decisions with agility
Serving It Right certification

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in a busy bar/restaurant service role
Knowledge of products (food and beverage) relevant to our brand
