We are looking to fill a full time commercial building maintenance position.

This would include minor plumbing repairs as well as lightbulb changes, HVAC filter changes, minor drywall repairs, painting, landscaping and parking lot clean up.

We are looking for someone that is self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as with others and have the ability to lift 50lbs.

A majority of the work will be within the Nanaimo Hospital area. A class 5 drivers license is required. competitive wages and benefits.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
