2. Receive and respond to inquiries from donors/customers in a timely and professional manner.

  • Continually update and maintain accurate and confidential donor/member information in the Alberta SPCA's donor & lottery databases (The Raiser's Edge, Rafflebox) in accordance with established policies and procedures and in collaboration with Fund Development team members.
  • Process donations, generate personalized acknowledgements, and issue tax receipts in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Process lottery purchases, generate acknowledgements and issue tickets in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Alberta SPCA ethical fundraising policies and procedures, Canada Revenue Agency regulations, and Alberta Gaming Liquor & Cannabis Commission regulations. Adhere to all cash management policies and processes.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$21.50-$26.20 per hour
