:Entry-Level XML Developer will be an integral part of the software development team, contributing to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. This role is well-suited for a motivated and technically skilled individual who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the success of TM software projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Software Development:
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
oWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with coding standards.
Coding and Debugging:
oDebug and troubleshoot software defects to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.
oConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
oDevelop and execute unit tests to ensure code correctness, sometimes with the help of senior Software Engineers.
oCollaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and fix software defects.
Documentation:
oCreate and maintain technical documentation.
oEnsure documentation aligns with best practices and project requirements.
Collaboration:
oWork closely with team members, including other developers, product managers, and designers.
oParticipate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Learning and Development:
oStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
oContinuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training and self-directed learning.
Communication:
oClearly communicate technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
oCollaborate with other teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 3+ years' experience in software engineering.Minimum Experience
Knowledge of programming languages, such as C# and Python. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including agile practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Experience
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns. Exposure to database systems (SQL or NoSQL). Previous internship or 1-2 years project experience in software development
