YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Credit and Dealer Financing team, you will:

Responsible for the collection of the receivables and maintain the past due receivables and doubtful accounts at the minimum Ensure compliance of Credit & Collection policy Maintain receivables by ensuring old invoices and credits are regularly applied/cleaned up Address timely issues with internal and external partners Ensure prompt renewal and increases of credit limits by providing account performance insights/analysis Be actively involved in supporting business growth with a continuous improvement mind set Ensure coordination and communication with Sales team, Net Dev, Finance, Management and other internal and external partners Support to Accounts Receivable department for month end closing activities when required

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

To excel in this mandate, you will:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting Background experience of 5+ years in Credit & Collection within an international environment Computer literate with excellent command of MS Office Ability to work in various computer systems (Infor, JDE, Highradius and SAP) Fluent in Spanish & English (French is a strong asset) Able to meet tight deadlines and cope with changes Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining focus on deliverables, attention to detail and accuracy Able to work autonomously with little direction An enquiring mind, supportive of continuous process improvement Team-oriented, and customer-driven (service-minded) outlook Career focused and keen to develop within the organization Strong leadership abilities and result & business oriented

MANDATE OF BRP'S GLOBAL CREDIT DEPARTMENT

Reinvent BRP's proactive support of business and strategic growth opportunities with optimal best practices and controls to provide visibility of wholesalers' and dealers' financial health, contribute to BRP's strategic plan and optimize company cash flow

This position is based in Queretaro, Mexico.
