Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Management - 90%

  • Assist in receiving, pick, pack, label, and returning products to and from the Distribution Center
  • Transfer items and log inventory movements in the Warehouse Management System
  • Use of a computer to scan and input data for merchandise in Studio Workflow System
  • Organize and sort all studio inbound inventory
  • Work towards a flawless quality control of goods across studio receiving and outbound
  • Monitor and resolve daily stock issues (damages, inventory discrepancies, labelling, etc.)
  • Monitor supply requirements and inform Lead on needs
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety measures in the inventory room
  • Support the department by performing various studio tasks as required
  • Assist the Producing Team by receiving and identifying any production samples for all product categories (ie. makeup, tech, readytowear, etc.)
Continuous Improvement - 10%

  • Identify opportunities to improve daily operations and productivity as it relates to processes and stock flow
  • Support the Studio Inventory Team with onboarding related tasks

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of operation or logistics experience in retail or related field
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Knowledge of WMS systems, an asset
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, an asset
  • Must be open to work evenings and weekends as required, Hours/days of work can be varied due to the demands of the business
  • Ability to walk 5 km per day with equipment and/or stand for extended periods, when required
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 30 lbs
