This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the government officials, planning and producing engaging content that communicates our initiatives effectively. The ideal candidate will be adept at filming, social media management, graphic design, digital editing, and collaborating with partners to reach a wide audience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative lead to develop and execute a content calendar.
- Create captivating social media content for various platforms.
- Produce high-quality video content for both short-form and long-form posts.
- Maintain consistent messaging aligned with the Government of Canada brand.
- Report on analytics and growth to the senior management.
Qualifications
- Degree or certificate in communications or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with professional camera equipment.
- Expertise in various social media platforms.
- Skilled in using editing software for creative content production.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
