JOIN OUR TEAM as a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Diva Delights is looking to add a skilled Maintenance Technician to our current team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair all production and packaging equipment on an asneeded basis or by following preventative maintenance program
  • Repair / Replace defective machinery parts and perform equipment adjustments
  • Assist in setting up, change over of production equipment and work with operators to increase uptime reliability
  • Troubleshoot and identify root cause for failure quickly and accurately
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Good electrical as well as mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and working experience with electric motors, bearings, gearboxes, compressors, pneumatic and electric components as well as controls
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Time flexibility (rotating shifts)
  • Ability to read and follow detailed SOPs, repair manuals and schematics
  • User level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to communicate with other team members and leadership

What we Offer:

Hourly rate starting at $25 - $30, based on skills and experience
Dental Benefits (after 3 months)
