ALHHC is a leading company in Canada in home respiratory therapies with over 800 employees and with operations all across the country and made up of 9 divisions (companies acquired during the last 10 years) .


After the carve out of its MedGas activities - supply of medical gases to hospitals - to Air Liquide Canada, the company is now focusing on homecare respiratory therapies and undergoing a business transformation to regain competitiveness both in front and back office functions.


You will be working transversally in the management team - Regional Directors, Operations, HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Regulatory and clinical -, reporting to ALHHC's Managing Director and in connection to field operations.

You will play a key role in supporting top management in:

1/ the definition of the digital strategy and its impact in the projected financial performance of the company (design and definition of implementation plan for an App for patients' and doctors' journey with ALHHC) ,

2/ the execution of projects required to adapt our current footprint (closing, opening, moving of current sites impacted by our transformation roadmap) ,

3/ the execution of regional projects aimed at merging all operations of previously acquired companies.

You will contribute to this mission by:

Leading various business initiative from design to execution:
Collaborate with various stakeholders in operations and support functions to define digital patients' pathways, and corresponding IT interfaces.

Work with external vendors to estimate investment required as well as timeline for design and implementation.


Management with field operations of real estate and organizational projects to better adapt our footprint to market potential and competitive landscape.

With Regional Directions, definition of Provincial brand strategy and management of integration projects between divisions

Create and animate a database on competitive intelligence.
