**Longue Description**:
L'équipe analytique avancée (Centre de vérification) est chargée de développer, d'actualiser et d'utiliser des données pour en tirer de précieux renseignements sur l'expérience client et la productivité de l'exploitation du centre de vérification. Elle est chargée d'une grande partie des activités d'informatique décisionnelle et d'analyses avancées, incluant l'approvisionnement et la tenue à jour de données, la production de rapports, l'analyse, ainsi que la visualisation de données. Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec d'autres équipes Informatique décisionnelle au sein de l'entreprise et appuie les membres du groupe Centre de vérification en leur fournissant des renseignements pertinents qui aident à poursuivre la transformation de l'entreprise.

**Principales responsabilités**:
- Livrer des solutions qui offrent des résultats et des avantages mesurables pour l'ensemble de l'entreprise, et définir des mesures clés pour mesurer le succès du projet.
- Communiquer les solutions et les modèles analytiques aux intervenants avec efficacité et confiance.
- Traduire les impératifs d'affaires en questions articulées sur des données afin de pouvoir les quantifier et les évaluer.
- Apporter de nouvelles sources de données en explorant les données à l'échelle de Bell et à l'externe.
- Concevoir et développer des tableaux de bord interactifs.
**Qualifications essentielles**:
- Autonomie et solide capacité d'analyse pour la résolution de problèmes.
- Diplôme de premier cycle ou maîtrise en ingénierie, en informatique, en physique, en mathématiques, en gestion ou en recherche opérationnelle, en affaires ou dans un domaine pertinent.
- Expérience dans l'utilisation de SQL (Hadoop, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle) pour analyser les données et recueillir de précieux renseignements.
- Expérience dans l'élaboration et la modification des processus Hadoop (Spark, Scala, Impala), Python et SQL ETL.
- Approche stratégique, esprit créatif et aptitudes exceptionnelles pour l'analyse quantitative et qualitative.
- Capacité d'exploiter des renseignements et des occasions à partir de données et de mesures afin d'élaborer des stratégies et de formuler des recommandations.
- Esprit d'équipe avec d'excellentes aptitudes pour l'organisation et les relations interpersonnelles.
