Position Summary:

You are an energetic and highly organized service professional with a passion for providing service excellence. You excel at customer service and can be counted on to support everyone around you. You approach what you do with high attention to detail and take care at every step.

You thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and enjoy working in partnership with a diverse team of people to deliver the best possible service to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent inbound and outbound customer service which includes keying in orders
  • Support Territory Managers to help maintain the delivery of service excellence for our business
  • Generate computerized reports and maintain accurate information using various systems and MS Excel
  • Analyze and track information to reduce credits
  • Work closely with Inventory Control, Traffic, Procurement and sales to improve processes
  • Demonstrate a constant willingness to ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Possess a high level of professionalism and dedication to providing superior customer service
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with internal/external clients and business partners
  • Strong organization and time management skills to manage and prioritize competing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, and independently under mínimal supervision
  • Ability to make effective decisions to resolve problems, and remain calm under stressful situations
  • Must be flexible to work the assigned schedule which includes Sundays and holidays
