The Start Right Coordinator will deliver operational excellence by onboarding the patient after pump/CGM is shipped, assigning trainings, and doing regular follow ups to ensure patient retention and great customer experience.
A day in the life.
- _Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process. _
- _Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables. _
- _Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. _
- _Gathers and compiles information for reports. _
- _Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding. _
- _Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) _
- Develops and maintain critical metrics that track progress against agreed deliverables, providing analytics that can lead to enhancements in systems and processes.
- Plan and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Provides patients with a customized and proactive onboarding experience.
- Prepares and schedules appointments with patients for their upcoming product trainings
- Completes Pretraining assessment and review of inventory of products and training materials.
- Follows up with patients after their training to ensure their experience is positive and addresses any questions or concerns
Must have.
- _Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education (minimum high school diploma). _

French Bilingual:- _Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. _
- Strong planning, project management and problemsolving skills
