Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in recruiting and enhancing talent acquisition strategies.
- Expertise in training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good judgment.
- Background in payroll and benefits administration.
- Ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
