**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management:

- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
- Demand Forecasting and Analysis:

- Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to generate accurate demand forecasts.

- Production Planning:

- Develop production plans based on demand forecasts, considering lead times and production capabilities.

- Recommend and implement process enhancements or system improvements to optimize inventory and production planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an inventory analyst or production planner in the apparel industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Responsabilités**:
1. Gestion des stocks:

- Contrôler et analyser les niveaux de stocks en veillant à maintenir des niveaux adéquats pour répondre aux demandes des clients.

2. Prévision et analyse de la demande:

- Utiliser les données historiques des ventes, les tendances du marché et d'autres facteurs pertinents pour établir des prévisions précises de la demande.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de marketing afin de recueillir des données et des informations en prévision de la demande.
- Analyser la précision des prévisions et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires pour optimiser la planification des stocks.

3. Planification de la production:

- Élaborer des plans de production sur la base des prévisions de la demande en tenant compte des délais et des capacités de production.
- Ajuster les plans de production si nécessaire pour répondre à l'évolution de la demande ou à des circonstances imprévues.

4. Rapports et analyses:

- Préparer et présenter des rapports réguliers sur les niveaux de stocks.
- Effectuer des analyses de données afin d'identifier les domaines d'amélioration de la gestion des stocks.
- Recommander et mettre en œuvre des améliorations des processus ou des systèmes afin d'optimiser la planification des stocks et de la production.

**Exigences**:

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Une expérience confirmée en tant qu'analyste des stocks ou planificateur de la production dans l'industrie vestimentaire est un atout.
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité d'interpréter des données et d'en tirer des conclusions exploitables.
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps, avec la capacité de hiérarchiser les tâches et de respecter les délais.
- Communication efficace et compétences interpersonnelles pour collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Connaissance des principes de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, des prévisions et de la planification de la production.
