Responsabilities:

  • Demonstrate leadership: oversee and maximize team performance in the sorting area (15 to 20 employees).
  • Be organized: plan work flow, ensure task understanding, and onboard new sorters efficiently.
  • Be productive: set performance goals aligned with organizational plans and deadlines.
  • Multitasking: organize sorting station, supervise activities, and monitor package progress according to objectives.
  • Be diligent: maintain work area cleanliness and enforce safe practices within the team.

Qualifications

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to business needs.
  • Basic computer skills (Office365).
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Experience in warehouse supervision or employee management.
  • Available for shifts:
    Monday to Thrusday, 12:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. OR
    Friday to Monday, 12:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
