Hours: 40 hours per week – Permanent
We need a maintenance manager who will oversee all maintenance, hot tubs and grounds, keeping the park in tip-top condition and looking spectacular, repairing, maintaining, renewing, and improving everything from the entrance signage to the back fence.
Complete with 150-acres, Appletree Holiday Park is nestled in a naturally beautiful setting surrounded by wildlife and outstanding grounds, located in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside.
As part of our team of holiday heroes, you will manage the grounds, hot tub and maintenance team to ensure everything is in good working order.
Managing team rotasMonitoring that the Landscaping is to our high standards
Working with third party suppliers to oversee the moving and siting of Caravans safely, including planning and completion of external plumbing where needed
One more thing...holidays happen at holiday times, so you'll need to work your magic on bank holidays, evenings and weekends too.
Skills, experience and qualities you'll needExperience of managing a team of trades and general assistants
