Prosysco Ltd. is a industry leading design-build organization specializing in custom high purity process systems and equipment. We are currently looking for an Inventory Systems Supervisor to join our team our as we continue to grow and expand our customer base.


Reporting to the Plant Manager (with Controller oversight), the Inventory Systems Supervisor is an important resource supporting the execution of manufacturing and installation projects.

The primary responsibilities, expectations, qualifications, and compensation of this role are outlined below.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Migrate inventory items into accounting system.
  • Implement perpetual tracking/control of inventory.
  • Optimize warehouse/bin locations/footprint.
  • Order/receive/issue inventory items.
  • Fulfill internal order requests.
  • Reconcile production/warehouse consumption.
  • Monthly cycle counts
  • Produce inventory management reports.
  • Identify deficiencies.
  • Make recommendations to management for improvements.
  • In addition, you may be required to perform other tasks reasonably consistent with your qualifications, skills, and experience, from time to time, as required by Prosysco.

Experience and Required Skills

  • Post secondary education in business, accounting, supply chain or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years materials/inventory experience in manufacturing, industrial services environment or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS office suite of technologies.
  • Working knowledge/experience of inventory/accounting systems
  • Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • Able to positively influence teammates in support of customer success.
