 Temporary Mobile Patrol Supervisor

Site: London Health Sciences Centre - University Hospital Campus

City:
London, Ontario

Status: Full Time - June - August 30, 2024

Hours: Sunday - Wednesday hrs

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr


Working designated shifts, you will carry out full-time patrols, providing both proactive and reactive security services while responding to incidents.

Your responsibilities will include documenting reports, investigating routine incidents, and swiftly handling emergency situations as they arise.

Demonstrating excellent customer service is crucial, as you will interact with individuals under stress or in need of medical aid.

This role demands physical fitness, the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and entails driving and patrolling the hospital premises in a marked company vehicle to address all incidents on-site.


Requirements:


  • Must hold a valid G or G2 Class Driver's Licence with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
  • Must present a clean driver abstract with a maximum of 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits within the last three years
  • Familiarity with the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven reliability, punctuality, tact, and diplomacy skills
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • COVID Fully Vaccinated
  • Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
  • Valid Ontario Security Licence

Mandatory online training from the Paladin Learning Management System;

  • Supervisor 2
  • Supervisor 3
Certification Requirements (Any)

Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
