As a customer service agent in disputes, you will handle calls from customers seeking to dispute transactions on their accounts. Your main responsibility will be to assist clients throughout the dispute process, playing a crucial role in preventing fraud and safeguarding their financial interests.

  • Respond to customer calls regarding transaction disputes
  • Support clients with concerns related to disputed transactions
  • Analyze suspicious transactions and provide detailed assistance during disputes
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners
  • Refer clients to specialized colleagues for specific needs

Your Team: In the fraud prevention and detection department, you will be part of a dynamic team of 22 colleagues and report to the section director. Our team is distinguished by its curiosity and commitment to our mission of positively impacting people's lives through fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

Your Training and Development: You will undergo a comprehensive training program lasting approximately 6 weeks, combining classroom and on-the-job training. Opportunities for career advancement, promotions, sectoral evolution, and more are within reach.

Prerequisite:

  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in customer service or consulting
  • Ability to assist clients and make sound decisions
