What you'll get the opportunity to do:

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for the primary support and business execution for the Brand Platform within our External Partnerships Team.

You will work closely with the team to coordinate the entire campaign execution workflow of the sales pipeline.

The BDC role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in digital media sales, providing training, learning and development opportunities to progress into quota-carrying selling roles on the team.


  • Support the BDSs, BDLs, and BDMs on sales calls to develop the pipeline (meeting support)
  • Act as a key player in translating partner strategy & requirements for internal stakeholders
  • Be the single point of contact with partner coordinators/analysts/managers to obtain assets & information critical to campaign execution. Responsible for keeping external partners on track for ontime program delivery
  • Ensure external stakeholders are kept informed on the progress
  • Request media plans based on partner strategic objectives & requirements; via case/ticket creation, ensuring Operations & Media Science teams have the information required for flawless campaign execution
  • Work with the creative team when required to bring partners' strategies to life visually
  • Coordinate among all parties to ensure all steps in the campaign execution workflow are completed on time and with quality.
  • Quickly escalate challenges or roadblocks in campaign execution to the BDS/BDL/BDM.
  • Audit campaign execution "in the wild" to ensure partner commitments are kept & excellent user experiences

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated track record of leading (project managing) crossfunctional execution teams
  • 12 years experience working in an agency, sales, or CPG environment is an asset
