Our client, a thriving real estate development company based in Vaughan is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Vaughan.
The Customer Service Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and will schedule appointments for purchasers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of warranty work within Tarion timelines.
- Schedule trades and service appointments.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. Answer incoming calls and coordinate with other departments if required.
- Ensure sign off is obtained on work orders.
- Schedule trades and service appointments to ensure warranty work is done within timelines.
- Maintain customer care calendars.
- Track completion of deficiencies.
- Ensure follow ups are done with homeowners on service requests and other related matters.
- Review Tarion portal and obtain information on drawings.
- Create Warranty Certificates for assigned sites.
- Send out trade work orders.
- Track completion of conciliations.
- Other special projects as assigned.
- 2+ year of Customer service experience in the low-rise construction industry.
- Knowledge of Tarion.
- G Driver's License (will be required to work out of sites in Vaughan and surrounding areas).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Conflict resolution and problem solve skills.
